As an introvert I can let you know that there are plenty of ways, but it can be considered ‘hard mode’ by most others.

Other introverts will understand what I mean by an “energy meter” But for people not familiar, being an introvert doesn’t mean you don’t like people, or that you want to be left alone all the time. It means that the physical interaction with people drains your energy. You can be perfectly fine sitting quietly in a room full of people, but if you were the one having to carry the conversation you will get worn out very quickly.

So the first and probably easiest method is to burst your energy very early, and get them talking. Very traditional PAU methods, but you just might need to push them a little quicker. Once they’re talking about themselves you only need to actively listen and throw in some leading questions every now and then. Meanwhile you’re getting a chance to recharge, and they’re talking about themselves and the things they enjoy.

The next step is to learn as much as you can about everything. No joke.. knowing just enough to allow you to ask a decent question can catapult you mikes ahead of other guys she’s ever talked to. So if she says she’s a respiratory therapist, you know just enough to question her about it.

The next, harder method, which is what I primarily do is what I call ‘baiting’

You scope out the location. Find the girl you like, make some type of movement that is noticed, sit down and wait for them to approach you. This usually works best in bars, I’ve gotten to about a 90% success rate with this method in bars. I don’t have time to write out a full step by step right now, but I’ve written about it before if you want to creep through my post history... just don’t let all the showerbeer pics scare you.

i dont think you have to smile at each other for you to approach her, I smile a lot but I cant smile at random strangers even if I find them attractive I would say if there is strong or repeated eye contact then you approach

If you can’t talk to people comfortably, force yourself to talk to so many people that it’s not even an issue anymore. This is a game about volume and experience no easy way around it.

One way to start is just by saying genuine "Hi's" and "Good Mornings" to people in your everyday life. Ask them how they're doing. Take a genuine interest. Just get used to talking to people a lot and hearing the sound of your own voice project loud and clear. That should get you used to talking to people if you really make an effort to do it for a week or two.

For approaching women, the easiest way is just to give a compliment, tell them why you walked over (i.e. like "I thought you were really cute.") Ask them what they're up to, etc. That way is straightforward and if you maintain eye contact and have confidence, you should be fine.

I suggest you read this article on eye contact. And this one on sexual frame.

You should also consider my book called Make Women Chase You. The course takes you through 25 approaches which are all laid out on what to say, what to do, what the goals are, etc. If you get through all the steps (heck, even if you get through only half the steps) you will have approach anxiety squashed and your conversation skills will be vastly improved. If you have good pictures you can use dating apps like Tinder. You don't have to do an approach, and if you set up a date you already know the girl is interested in you.

However, getting the most attractive (or intelligent/successful) women isn't easy on Tinder. For that, your best bet is to approach in person.

If you're just trying to get laid and you're not super picky, online dating is great. If you're looking for stunning women or girls who are girlfriend material, online dating sucks.

Honestly man, being an introvert is just an excuse. Many comedians/actors/talkshow hosts etc. are introverts, but they learn how to be social because they're passionate about their craft. You can do the same.

Approaching is going to be tough at first, the real key is persistence. Don't just go out once a week and approach a couple girls. Treat this like any other skill. You wouldn't get good at guitar practicing once a week. You're not going to get ripped going to the gym once a week. It takes repetitive, disciplined practice.

If you go out 7 days in a row and do 3 approaches each day, approaching will be easy by the 7th day. You will build momentum and approaching will become effortless.

Now, getting to that point isn't easy - but it's totally possible. If you're serious about getting this area of your handled, I would commit to going out to meet women for at least 15 minutes every day. At first, you might not even be able to approach. But if you stick with it, you'll start to take action and each day it'll get easier and easier.

After a week, you could increase your goal to 30 minutes, and then you could increase it to an hour a week after that.

You'll want to set incremental goals based on what you're not doing enough of. For example, if you're on the second week, and you're going out 30 minutes a day, but you're only doing one or two approaches, you might set a goal to do at least 3 approaches per day.

Or, if you're approaching plenty of women, but you're not going for the number, you might set a goal to ask at least 1 girl for her number each day.

The idea is to start very small with an easily achievable goal. Then, as you accomplish that goal, the momentum will carry you forward and make much harder goals attainable.

The reason most guys fail at this is that they have unrealistic expectations. They think they're going to start pulling models in their first month, and for most guys that's just not realistic.

Take small consistent steps towards your goals and build up on them, in a few months you will amaze yourself at what you've accomplished. In a year, you'll do things you previously thought were impossible.
