Don't feel like watching the video, but I agree they are not important. And the reason why not is that the optimal move is always the same regardless of whether there are IOIs or not.

Women are often experts at non verbal communication, IOI's are non verbal / non threatening ways for her to signal she is into you...
In our culture, women are rarely, if ever expected to lead the conversation/interaction. So most women develop a way to tell you they are/ or aren't attracted to you non-verbally. Eye contact, hair flips. asking alot of questions to fill the silence are all IOI's.
You have to be careful not to misread friendliness as an IOI. However I would never say they are BS

I don't think they are BS, I just don't think they are very important to pay attention to. What happens if you misread friendliness as an IOI? The girl will have to verbally tell you to stop and that she only sees you as a friend. That's about the worst case scenario, as long as you're a decent human being who basically isn't a rapist. On the other hand, what happens if you misinterpret an apparent lack of IOIs as disinterest when she's actually interested, but you base your actions on IOIs? Well then you probably fail to attract her by not acting.
So the difference between paying attention or not paying attention to IOIs is that in one case you get rejected verbally more often but take 100% of the opportunities available... in the other case you don't get rejected verbally as often but you miss opportunities by not acting. The latter is a worse outcome by reasonable standards...
Okay I totally forgot the title of this video was IOIs are BS. I disagree with that too as an objective matter, but definitely think they are of minimal importance to seduction/game.
