Oral can definitely lead to many different STDs. Don't even accept a BJ if you haven't seen the girl's test results. Condom play only. I work at a clinic that tests for and treats STDs, the most common ones I see are gonorrhea and chlamydia, but every now and then we get someone test positive for HIV. For the most part, unless they've had symptoms, they're all surprised, and thought they were clean, and have no idea how long they've had the disease for. Many don't even know who they got it from.

Herpes for sure can be contracted orally. I think gonorrhea and chlamydia can be too...

Yes you can acquire a multitude of things in this way.

0.04% chance of acquiring HIV per encounter like this, if she is HIV positive.
