I think you should always indicate interest in some form, flirt in some form, make the interaction a mam-to-woman interaction, instead of a friendly one.

Dude, honestly, in general, just put yourself first. If you think this and this time is not the best to meet up, suggest the only time that is okay with you.

If she's just like "nah", then don't suggest another one. Talk to her on another occasion later down the line (remember that you can't go straight into suggesting another date - the interaction restarts, you need to tease her up again a bit) and suggest a different time then.

If she's like "nah, but this-and-this time I'm available", then you can agree, cause she's indicating interest by giving you options.

Remember to always make online/phone chats entertaining. They should make little sense, to be honest. You're supposed to be a bubble of fun in written conversation. Don't be sexy over the phone though. Save that for when you meet up, pair it up with physical touch.

Also, another tip... NEVER make plans so far ahead with a girl. This is one of the many sure ways to screw it up. You're a man of the moment, you're fleeting fun, no strings attached. Planning the first date a month ahead would be a mistake in my opinion. It would be better to meet up for something like half an hour, an hour maybe, than to suggest a date a month from now. A lot can be done in this little time.

It's always cool to close the deal fast, but if you're really lacking time, you can spread out building attraction into a couple of short dates, but you HAVE to close at some point or else she'll think you're a pussy or not interested.

If you decide to spread it into a couple of interactions, you have to make sure you keep your cool and dont get too excited over having her attention. KEEP YOUR FRAME. Female attention is nothing new to you, you have abundance of that, your humour doesn't depend on her attitude towards you!
