So i have been talking with this girl for a couple weeks, we are both in the same college and I go to her room every night and talk to her often. I want to ask her on a date and bring the relationship further but last night it kind of felt like th attraction she showed towards me in the recent past was not as strong. Maybe it just wasn't her night, but I want to know if there is a time period where if you do not make a move in that time period, you miss your shot. Does anyone know anything that can help me out? I have no problem with asking her out but if I waited too long, I don't want to make our relationship awkward because I genuinely enjoy spending time with her.

For some extra context on our relationship we watch movies almost every night in her room, we go out to eat sometimes but with friends, we study together, so we spend a bit of time together. I also feel like she trusts me as she tells me stuff she does not tell her other guy friends she has, so am I being friend zoned maybe? Or is this a good sign?
