She could just like talking to you but not be interested in you romantically. She could also just be bored. Starting a conversation with you is not a clear enough indication of interest for you to assume she's attracted to you. I would play it cool unless you start to notice some stronger signals.

She clearly likes talking to you. Keep it at that. She told you her boundaries so respect them. Only go forward with it if she clearly says something along the lines.
