This is just an insecurity, everyone has them.
All you can do is eat more, lift heavy, and in time, you will grow muscle. I used to be a skinny ass motherfucker in HS, but I started lifting and people compliment me often on looking like I work out.
That reason where I was skinny as fuck right there, is why I can't stand when a girl's body looks like trash, I honestly don't approach many girls who don't have the bodies of models. I can be missing out, but those are my standards, like it or not.

I loved the compliments and people noticing I got bigger and more muscular. It just made me want to workout more and I've been on a halt lately with how busy school has been. I have standards too and like a certain type of girls, mostly 5'6 or under and petite. But when I feel like I'm the same size of a girl it just doesn't sit right with me. I somehow look smaller than I actually am so that weight gain will put me at a perfect size I'd think.
Also I HATE pressure or when someone says, "talk to that girl over there." like they're picking out someone for me to talk to. I don't know why people do this but if I find a girl interesting I'll talk to her.
