First of all, it shouldn’t be a job. You’re not forced in doing it, it’s not a challenge.

Second, approaching 20-25 people in a day AND not having even a small sort of success, maybe that something is wrong in what you do and/or how you do it and/or your mental state.

That said, you should take it like a “plus” in your life. I mean: is your life and almost any aspect around it ok? Are you somewhat fulfilled with your life? If yes, then maybe you’re doing something wrong with your approaches: have you been in venues with the right demographic (age, interests, look, music, etc...), did you do direct or indirect? Etc...

If the answer is no, first go back fixing your issues, then retry.
