Doesn’t sound like she’s interested enough. I don’t think you can get her over without paying. Your best other option is to say something like “I’ll get your uber back” just so you’re not falling entirely into her frame, and she’s putting in half the work. If she bites, you live to fight another day. If she declines, Next her - she’s not interested enough. May still be worth paying for the ride up front just so learn how to deal with such situations

Just tell her you'll call your other girl who has cash. Tell her she always buys you stuff but she's not as pretty. If only she'd be willing to invest in you it might pay dividends in the long run.

Make her jealous and reconsider your value and her potential competition. She might get mad temporarily but long run it'll be better. As long as you don't overdo it (if this is bad advice please tell me why )
