Uhhh terrible advice. Don't just randomly kiss her without knowing if the vibe is right. Lots of girls also don't want to have complete PDA in front of a bunch of other people in a cafe on a first date.
Spend about an hour building comfort, attraction, and rapport before going for the kiss and make sure the vibe is right before you do too. Otherwise she'll be like "that dude was weird, he tried to kiss me in line at the Starbucks as we were about to order"

Total nonsense, the perfect moment does not exist. You make those moments by taking action, by taking her and kissing her.
You can kiss a girl anywhere, if she is thinking "that dude was weird, he tried to kiss me in line at the Starbucks as we were about to order" then I'm sorry but she isn't into you and you should go date a girl who is.
