Parties, dude. I am at one of the largest universities in Oklahoma and am in a Fraternity. In fact, rush a Fraternity. Shit's fun as fuck and even if you don't decide to pledge, you still have hella fun the first weeks of school with Sorority parties and shit. Everything will be free to you and the brothers will all be wanting to impress you. Take advantage, mayne.

Just started college

Join groups/clubs
expand your social network. If you are not comfortable with girls open guys and use them to expand your network and provide you social proof.
Rush Week.Free food and booze
Make friends in fraternities. They usually have events and parties and stuff that you can come to.
Someone here said study buddies. I don't really like this approach because it is too slow for me and I prefer focusing than flirting when I study but it does work.
Depending on where you live/go, don't limit yourself to the campus only. Make friends outside campus.
Search this subreddit. I think I have many college game posts.

I got a girls number today but I don't really know where to go from there. I haven't really talk to her much, just used the excuse that I will text her if I miss class and need to know what's going on. I'll take anything you can throw my way.
