Hey all,
So finally, I've started going out and actually approaching. Solo too, which I am fairly happy with. I have only done a few approaches so far mind you, but I am having a bit of trouble.
I'm able to open and introduce myself, but following that I just don't know what to continue the conversation with. In a few instances, I've said hi, complemented and then just left the set after that. Obviously that's not what I want.
I have no issue going into comfort and asking questions straight away but that isn't meant to be the best idea right? I can do that alright but again just me asking her questions straight away isn't that great.
Another issue I came across was, I mentioned to a friend that I was just talking to people/learning pick up, and then he goes off on how it is weird and makes things uncomfortable for the girl etc. Seemed to have a go for no particular reason. I know it is not the norm but I don't think it is that bad as he made it out to be.
From my experience so far, it doesn't seem that they find it annoying and generally responses have been nice.
In any case, thanks for reading and any advice/tips will be greatly appreciated!
