Keeping eye contact?

If a girl holds eye contact with you for about 5 seconds then theres a good chance she'd be willing to talk to you.

So if that happens, you might as well talk to her and work on your eye contact while you're talking.

Practice that shit brodie. Pls trust me on that one, strong eye contact really is a game changer.

Start out with staring into your own eyes in a mirror. And just relax your face brother. Personally, I always looked like I'm about to straight murder people on the street but the mirror thing done helped me.

Once your good with that, start practicing smiling im the mirror. Not really a big smile with showing your teeth n all that, more like a smirk. Me, I just raise the right corner of my mouth and close my eyes a little bit. Do that shit til your starting to love your own smile and are able pull out that exact smile in any situation.

Last but not least is the transition. Practice switching from the relaxed state to your smile. Don't do it to fast, it has to be smooth so it doesn't look forced.

While I transition I breath out some air out of my nose. You know that moment when you see a funny meme but you don't have to laugh so you kinda just breath out with your nose? I always do that while transitioning, it helps me making my smile feel more natural. Can't guarantee that it'll work for you tho, so just try it out.

Once your really comfortable with all that, just go out and look at some women. Not for too long just like you said. If they refuse to look away, pull out your perfected smile. They almost always smile back. This will build your confidence up and one day you won't even have to force eye contact while talking to people. Not looking people into their eyes while interacting with them will feel strange and you will notice that many people out there (people who seem confident) look randomly away while their talking.
