Don't invite her anywhere and continue sarging and going out. Turn that frustration into sarging energy or workout energy.

If she happens to call you say "well if you want to hang out I am going to X on Friday. You can join me or whatever".

Think of it like this: If you were running a business, and there was an employee that would constantly call in to say they couldn't make it to work, what would you do?

100% she lost interest. A lot of times girls will show you off to their friends, then ask their friends' opinion of you later. What their friends say affects a lot of their decision. I'd say you either blew your window of opportunity, or this girl is involved with other guys. A girl who is interested in you isn't flaky.

I don't know.... is it worth your time? Only you can make the judgement of how valuable your time is, if she's wasting too much time, that's time spent you could have been meeting girls who are more into you.

As per my own experience it seems that she is scared of commitment... she likes hanging out with you but something stops her. I'd say forget about it and move on... She can't make room for you in her life right now. You have done nothing wrong and there is nothing else to do.
