I'm trying to decide between models by Mark Manson and The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene. Can I get some input from you guys on which to read?

For full disclosure, I'm the author of that book. There's lots of books out there. My advice is read the writer's blog content. If you enjoy their content, you will enjoy their book. If you find their content boring, well....book probably won't be too good.
