over my life, I've been ok at dating, but only really meeting women through dating apps.
I'm 30, have a good job, and have been working out solidly for over 4 years now.. weird thing I noticed over the past year that never happened before is women staring at me and smiling at the gym and at clubs.
My normal reaction to this is to look back at them briefly and smile and continue with whatever I'm doing.
I'm really not used to this attention, and I know they aren't going to come up to me first.
Where can I start to figure out how to approach them? what to say?
Its weird, because dating women I have no problems at all flirting, continuing conversation etc. but it's always from a position of meeting them off a dating app, and I know they are interested.
anyway, I wanted to teach myself to get over this issue, I have no idea how to start so thought I'd ask you guys.
