Would you guys say it's a hindrance to look like a "nice guy"?

People kind of expect me to be a super nice and innocent guy, and I sort of am but not nearly to the extent ppl think I am. I've been told many times I don't act like how I look like I would. I look like a "nice guy" and I feel like girls are into edgy looking "bad boys" Guys with a rough side. Thoughts? Maybe looking like a nice guy isn't masculine or subconsciously they think they won't be good in bed.
