Tell her you are going to hold off on the emails while she is gone so she can focus on enjoying her trip. This way she actually will focus on experiencing the trip and won't see you as a burden that she has to check in with all the time. Then when she gets back you will have a lot she can tell you about that you hadn't heard previously through email. Odds are you will be in the back of her mind anyway and the lack of constant contact will keep up the attraction you desire with out you really putting in any effort except resisting the urge to email to her. I am telling you this from my own life experiences and it works so I hope you try it and it works out.

Why are you emailing? Why do you need to keep attraction up?

She has either put you in the "I'd fuck him" bucket or she hasn't, and emails only have the chance to knock you to the other bucket.

If you think you have done well in person, just let her enjoy the trip and you'll see her when she gets back.

There are many reasons why she's in Europe, one of them is because of the European Boys, no much time for you.
