I'm a high school senior; just graduated actually and will be off to college soon. I wont state where I'm going but I will say, its far away.

I've been talking to this girl for two months. However I've known her much longer but I wasnt really into her like that in the past. I never realized but a lot of other guys talk to her. One of them was my friend ( I knew this). I personally think the array of guys she had to choose from slowed her down; and a lot of those guys ended up wasting her time anyway. One of them being the friend I mentioned earlier.

By the time I realized I wanted to be with her. We knew it wouldn't be smart to start a relationship since I'm leaving for college. I asked about a summer fling sort of thing, a short term relationship but she knew she would feel hurt once it had to end. So I went with my next best option, friends with benefits.

She considered the option for a week and a half. I knew she wanted to try it. shes already told me that she thinks of one of the most attractive guys in our grade. But because of the possibility of something happening with another guy ( maybe a relationship), she was iffy and never answered. I kept telling her to just say no or even maybe. But she wouldn't, she refused to say no. I felt a little disrespected honestly. pretty much leaving me on hold to see what MIGHT happen. As if i was of such little importance that she didn't even have to give me answer. we ended up calling off the thing.

i came up with this idea when she said that this summer, she just wants to have fun and go with the flow. Shes also mentioned these are our be free years. how do i naturally raise the sexual tension with her. If i invite her over, i can see how i can start kissing her and doing all the rest that would lead to sex. but is there anyway to raise the sexual tension, escalate, in any other environment or scenario? what do i say when i start making a move? this is one thing i have a problem with. and finally, why do you think she wouldn't give me an answer? she couldn't even say maybe
