I have a newfound confidence after getting in shape and starting to make eye contact with the women, in particular, I meet and talk. I have noticed a lot more eye contact in public with women I don’t know. This is a confidence boost for me as I had previously thought myself not really attractive enough to find someone I consider attractive. What are some moves I could make or things to do to act on this eye contact?

Even regarding friends of mine that I have always secretly had crushes on, I am not certain the proper steps to let them know I am interested in having some fun.
