I don’t exactly flirt throughout the date, mostly just talk and get to know each other. Before I would wait for the “perfect” moment to go in for the kiss to start things off, but sometimes (frustratingly) these perfect moments came and went. Now, I just go for the kiss when I can. Today, the girl laughed (first she kindly asked for permission to laugh), maybe slightly due to the awkwardness and also out of nervousness. We still hooked up, but it didn’t go any farther, and the beginning could have gone a lot smoother.
