Let me set the stage. I'm off in Prague for a long weekend. This city is the most beautiful I have ever been in. Beer is so cheap it's silly and bars and clubs don't seem to close. Fucking sterling. Prague has one problem though, it is full of Czech. Now I was only there for 5 days, but I did try to interact with as many people as possible, and in my experience they are the rudest people I have meet.

Czech girls in particular are beautiful Ice Queens of the highest order, with the most full-power-to-the-bitch-shields I've come in contact with. Czech guys are cold, angry and from what I can tell terrified of Czech women.

There my little rant about Czech people. Have others experienced this?

Anyways, the incident -

So I'm in the club, having approached a couple of groups, just trying to talk to everybody. I walk up to 2 very pretty HB8s. I say Hi, we chat, they are very friendly(it turns out they are Ukrainian), they get a kick out of my Irishness and laugh as I tease them. Things are going well. I'm tapped on the shoulder, and I now relise I am surrounded by 4 men.

"Hey you cannot talk to them, they are with us" says one of them.

"Hows it going? You guys are from Ukraine as well?" I reply.

"No, Prague. Its not cool, go away"

At this point, 2 of the guys usher the girls away. I stand there pretty jaded, then leave. I return to my group of friends.

This incident stuck in my head. What could I have done? Could I have done anything without ending up in a fight? This seems like a pretty extreme cockblock to me, but in general, what can be done to avoid this kind of AFC laden cockblockery?
