After successful hookups, I sometimes feel morning after guilt. Is this normal and how do you deal with it?...

it's normal because
A) your coming down off the rush of hormones you were experiencing from the night before. You are crashing just like any other high.
B)Society frowned upon sexual acts during your development/explorative years. (teenage years) which may have left you with the idea that sex is something you shouldn't do outside of marriage or it's something you should feel guilty about.

Basically you're illogical mind feels down after sex because your coming off a drug, then your logical mind justifies this down by telling you that you should be feeling guilty somehow and that's what this down is. Then the two feed each other and accentuate each other.

Just remind yourself that the guilt is a mind fuck, and that the down is natural. Lie there and enjoy it. Like listening to your heart slow down after a run.
