You are dancing with a girl, and some guy literally comes to grab her away

Couple things about this:

If you're far enough along with the girl, she'll reject such BS and boomerang back to you.
This stuff increases in frequency the later you get into the night. Avoid it by finishing up before that point. Or living with it.
Certain places, girls might go for that sort of approach. If that's not you, find a different crowd. Different clubs and bars have different personalities. Example: some gay clubs are pretty good because such guys are afraid to go there and straight girls go there to get away from them.
But overall, this shit isn't possible if you're really commited to being in there close, especially on the dancefloor. If you leave a big enough space in there, some dudes will take advantage.

Basically, your setup is why it's going poorly.

Again, I don't react to cockblockers. I prevent. If you get into that reaction game with them, they'll drag you down into the muck with them, where you'll both lose.
