I am seeing a lot of posts lately on approaching, whether it's making the first approach ever or walking around for 3 hours before making a single approach. I see a lot of tips being circled around about the 3 second rule and how you have to approach within 3 seconds of meeting the girl, or some weird philosophical stuff about how we're all going to die someday, etc.

Here is my own kick in the pants to get you to approach.

Approaching is only the first step. You are literally not even close to getting a girlfriend or getting laid if you can work up the courage to finally approach a woman. I have approached close to 400 women by now and got over my approach anxiety within the first week of pickup.

For a good 4 months, I could literally go up to any girl in any setting and open directly, indirectly, troll, you name it. There were ZERO results at first. No numbers, certainly no dates. The results only came in after hundreds of approaches, constantly learning from my mistakes, carefully reviewing my approaches, and adjusting my body language and verbal communication accordingly.

Even after I was getting numbers every one out of five approaches, these numbers rarely turned into dates. And even when I was getting consistent dates, these rarely led to sex. And even after sex, I am still not at the level to be in a relationship yet.

The point is: You have SO MUCH TO LEARN. This is most likely the hardest and most rewarding thing you will ever do in life. Take it seriously and get over your approach anxiety quick, through whatever means necessary. It is only the first step. Approaching isn't going to magically make all your problems with women go away.

If you can't even approach on a consistent basis, what makes you think you have what it takes to really achieve your goals in relationships and life? If you did your first approach recently, then I am fucking proud of you, I really am, but realize that you have a long way to go and that approaching really is just the first step in a long journey.
