It didnt go well....

I just split up with a girl I was dating and using no contact. I started using dating apps again and it never leads anywhere. Girls would randomly unmatch, or not respond or stop replying and so I started reading about cold approach on here as there doesn't seem to be another way to get dates (I dont party or want to date anyone in my social circle). I want to become awesome at this as I've regretted many times in my life for not walking up and talking to that cute girl and it always destroys me inside.

Armed with redditors' cold approach guides, I set out today to cold approach when I see a girl I find attractive.

I was at the mall today and didn't come across a girl that I find attractive and wasn't with her boyfriend and so I didnt approach anyone and just did my shopping. Later in the night, I went to the supermarket and I saw this very attractive girl that smelled divine (you could literally smell her perfume from 2 metres away). She was near me at one point but she seemed really busy choosing fruit and in her own world I didnt approach. Maybe a bit of approach anxiety too. Later she was walking down the same aisle as me and as she was about to pass me, we made eye contact. I smiled and said "hey" and with a poker (b*) face she immediately looked elsewhere and just kept on walking. Damn being ignored hurts!

Later we crossed paths again, we again made eye contact and again she looked away while I kept my eye contact as I walked past to show my dominance ;) (I mean confidence). Even without saying anything, she's got that vibe about her that she knows shes good looking and wont give most guys a chance. I would say I'm a slightly above-average looking guy but damn she made me feel like I'm the ugliest guy in town.

I dont think I'll give up trying cold approach but I guess I will have to expect more rejections like this to happen in the future.

Anyone got a similar experience and has anyone had good experience with cold approaches? Advice is appreciate too!
