Per a couple of requests, I am going to post this tonight in lieu of a few other posts I was going to make over the past two days. Per this post a few weeks ago, I will be submitting several posts each week to increase the subs dialogue on outer game.
Below is my Daily and Sarging Goal Tracking Method for Seduction. I created it with an excerpt from a project I worked on a long time ago. I don’t believe in fake it till you make it for gaining real confidence. Yes it is good for assisting you to gain confidence in the field, but real accomplishments compounded on one another is the only way to truly become more confident. Fake it till you make it can be crushed in a moment’s notice by a good shit test from an HB10, true confidence can’t. Goal tracking is a large part of what I do for a living (teaching/ training/ implementing) and I will provide you some of the tools below:
Below is the Confidence Creation Flow:
1) Existence – There exists a habit or trait below your personal standards. No one is perfect, everyone has one. There will always be an aspect of your life below your set standard. Sometimes you do not even know you have a set standard until the next step.
2) Realization – This comes in the form of looking in the mirror, a breakup, a visit to the doctor, etc. At this point you have identified a habit or trait below your personal standard.
3) Motivation – After identification there has to be an inner drive from the great depths of your soul. It is easy to be content and say, “I’m ok, I know I’m not where I want to be, but I’ll just be myself.” You have always been told to be yourself and unique; this is extremely true. Unfortunately, many have misplaced this with being apathetic and content. Being lazy and an underperformer is not being true to yourself, and it is certainly not unique. You are unique and special, but only if you apply yourself to realizing your potential.
4) Ownership – How many people have ever broken a New Years Resolution? I would bet it is around 99.9%. Hell, most don’t make it past the first month. This is because they do not own their motivation, their drive. How do you track it? When do you keep up with it? What is the skill set necessary to achieve it? Words are just words. This is where you have to research and create tracking methods for it.
5) Action – Put your money where your mouth is. This is where ownership and motivation collide. You currently have inadequate confidence to your set standard, and there is only one way to build it. To own a self-improvement action and be motivated to carry it out on a regular basis.
6) Positive Results – These are a combination of both long term and short term results – you should always be improving, and thus always gaining self-confidence. This is similar to having a very fat relative that you rarely see. Let’s pretend that you don’t see them for six months and when you see them again they have lost 20 pounds. You will notice a greater change in them than they will as they have been noticing consistent changes over-time, which lessens their personal awe moment. On the other hand, you notice all of their changes compounded into one occurrence, this makes you awestruck and prompting you to compliment them (I hope). For the most part, the short time confidence gains you will see are from within (Inner Confidence Boost). The long term confidence gains you see will be from outside influences letting you know that you are improving, both directly or indirectly (Outer Confidence Boost).
Examples of Seduction Inner Confidence Boost: Noticing that you look, feel, dress better, etc. all the inner game stuff.
Examples of Seduction Outer Confidence Boost: # Close, K Close, F Close, etc. i.e. reciprocation from the opposite sex for good game.
7) Confidence Gain – As previously stated, results create confidence, and then the cycle starts over with new realizations (Step 2); not step 1 because they already exist.
Basic Daily and Sarging Goal Tracking Rules:
1) You should never have more than 6 daily goals at any given time.
2) You update your Inner Daily goals every single day. You update your Outer Sarging goals every single time you go sarge
3) If you are a beginner or a novice, you have 5 Inner Confidence Boost KPIs and 1 Outer Confidence Boost KPIs
4) If you are intermediate to expert, you have 4 Inner Confidence Boost KPIs and 2 Outer Confidence Boost KPIs
5) When you accomplish your goal, you give yourself a Green Bar. (See Picture 1) Here
6) When you do not accomplish your goal, you give yourself a Red Bar, and are thus prompted to create an action (See Picture 1) Here
7) Each goal will have KPI, a KPI Statement, a Daily Goal, and a Long-Term Goal
Examples of Inner Game Confidence KPIs These are KPIs that will be tracked every single day. You will have 4 to 5 of these depending on the level of your game. You should never have 6 of these!
- Tobacco, Drugs, Alcohol, Diet, Workout, Reading, Hobby, Kegels, Meditation, Dancing, Hygiene, Clothes, NoFap, NoPorn… basically anything that doesn’t have to do with hitting on women.
Examples of Outer Game Confidence KPIs Notice that none of these goals are approach/ sarge/ go out/ etc. That is because in outer game confidence KPIs you always want to be striving for one thing greater than where you currently are. If you aren’t going out 3 to 5 days a week, you aren’t even trying. Strive, not try, for goals You will have 1 to 2 of these depending on your level of game You should never have 0 of these
- # Close, K Close, F Close, SNL, SNK, use a certain routine x times each day, break through LMR (on a sargely basis, this is extremely advanced), etc.
Every time you sarge and each day of the week, you look back on your daily or sarging goal(s) and you see if you accomplish it. If you didn’t accomplish it, you are in the RED Red requires action. Red is the best thing you can be. It requires you to be better than you were the day before. STRIVE FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Every KPI (except addiction related KPIs) should be red 70% of the time. Addiction related KPIs require abstinence and therefore need to be green at all times. Once you are green all the time on a KPI, you can remove it and work on something else, but that comes much later.
KPI Creation (See picture 1) Here
Each goal will have KPI, a KPI Statement, a Daily Goal, and a Long-Term Goal
KPI – What you are tracking on a daily level to get you to your long-term goal. i.e. I will follow a Keto Diet/ I will do a 30 minute Yoga workout/ I will get 1 # close each sarge session
Daily Goal – What you have to do to be green for the day. i.e. 100% completion of diet/ 100% completion of 30 minute workout/ 1 # close received
Long-Term Goal – Where your daily goal will lead you to if you continue to accomplish it/ move to future KPIs. This will provide you clarity as to why you continue the daily goal. i.e. 8% body fat/ Bench 225 8 times/ Become a PUA master
KPI Statement – A sentence combining the three previous items
What to do when you are continually green/ Need to change a KPI
You can do one of two things
1) Move it and track it the exact same way on a weekly basis
2) Move it and track it the exact same way on a monthly basis
Why do you need to keep tracking it? If you revert back to where you were, then you are no longer continuously improving. Hopefully you engrained a habit within yourself, but an annual reminder never hurt anyone.
Root Causing Red Actions using 5 Whys
When you are red, you always start with the question, “Why am I red?” to begin a root cause analysis. Note "5 Whys” isn’t the greatest root cause tool, but it is the easiest so we will use it here. Google it if you want better Root Cause analysis tools. There are hundreds out there.
Let’s use a dieting example and then a sarging example.
Dieting Example KPI: Eating lower than 30g of carbs per day; Daily Goal: 100% Compliance
Daily result: 100g carbs
EX: “Why am I red?” – I ate too many carbs
“Why did I eat too many carbs?” – I ate a piece of bread
“Why did I eat a piece of bread?” – I didn’t have anything else in the house
“Why did I not have any more food/ Why did I have bread in the house” – Cause I haven’t gone shopping/ My gf left it in the pantry
Action: Go Shopping and throw away the bread!
This is an easy way to get down to the nitty gritty details and help you succeed. With every action that you take makes you get better and improves your confidence.
Sarging Example KPI: Number close; Daily Goal: Every time I sarge get at least 1 # close.
Daily Result Didn’t # close anyone today
EX. “Why am I red? – I didn’t number close anyone today
“Why didn’t I number close anyone” – I never got to the point in any conversation that I could number close them
“Why didn’t you get to that point?” – I lost two sets while building rapport
“Why did you lose them building rapport?” – I couldn’t continue the conversation
Action: Research rapport conversation tactics and work on conversation threading in next sarging session Therefore, you now have a game plan to address your shortcomings, thus making you better.
Action Tracker (See picture two) Here
While you should have a spread sheet that allows you to track your KPIs each day, either Red or Green, you should have a separate spreadsheet to track and archive your actions. See Pic 2. This will allow you to go back over time and look at all of the things you have accomplished on your journey. Reviewing them also makes for a stellar confidence boost right before you go out.
tl;dr What does this process do?
1) It structures your problem solving/ alleviates you from the potential to wing improvement
2) It allows you to keep track of your progress/ reduces will to "New Year’s Resolution" it
3) It ensures that you do not lose sight of outer or inner game
4) It ensures you do not cast too wide of a net in your improvement journey
5) It promotes Continuous Improvement within yourself
6) It’s a proven system to improve confidence.
7) Accomplishments > ”Fake It Till You Make It”
