So I recently had a student visiting me here in Barcelona. It was actually the first time I met him in person. He had seen me on Youtube doing daygame but never live. And within like 20 minutes of watching me, he said something that really stuck with me. He goes, “Gus, I never realized how loud you speak. Like, you’re basically yelling!”
And that really made me think. I mean, yeah - I know I have a loud voice. But I’d never seen it from the outside like that. Never realized how noticeable it was. So we started talking about it, and it led to this insight I want to share with you today:
When you expose yourself to the real-life process of approaching women, you naturally evolve into a man who’s attractive.
Let me explain.
So yes, I speak loud. But why? Did I read in a book that “speaking loud = alpha male = women will like you”? No. Not at all.
The reason I speak loud is because I’ve been doing real-life approaches for 11 years. And in the beginning, I spoke quietly - like most guys do. But what happens when you approach a girl and you’re quiet? She doesn’t even hear you. She just keeps walking. No interaction. No connection.
So you start asking yourself, “What can I change?”
You try different things. You tweak stuff. And then, one day, you raise your voice just a little bit - and boom. She stops. She actually talks to you. And you’re like, “Wait… that worked?”
So over time, without even thinking about it consciously, you just start speaking louder. Not because you read it somewhere. But because that behavior started getting you better results.
And this is the part I love - it’s like natural selection.
Think about evolution. You’ve got green beetles and brown beetles. Birds eat the green ones more because they stand out, so over time, the brown beetles survive more than green ones and reproduce. They didn’t make a conscious decision. It just happened through environmental pressure.
And that’s exactly what happens when you approach women in real life.
You start doing it, and your body, your mind, your voice - they all adapt. You speak louder, stand differently, make stronger eye contact, adjust your posture, your tonality, your timing, your energy - because that’s what works. That’s what gets results. You stop doing what doesn't work, even if you’re not always aware of it.
You don’t need to memorize a bunch of lines or pretend to be someone you’re not. You just expose yourself to the right environment, and nature does the rest. You evolve.
And this is why I always say: you can’t read your way into being attractive. You can’t just sit there, read a dating book that tells you “Speak louder,” and expect your body to suddenly embody that energy. It doesn’t work like that.
Your brain needs evidence. It needs to experience rejection, trial and error, and success. Then it adapts.
You’re not going to speak with more confidence just because a YouTube video told you to. You’ll speak with more confidence because you tried it quietly, failed, tried it louder, and saw it work.
So this is what I want you to take away: If you want to become the kind of man who naturally attracts high-quality women - you need to get into the process. You need to do real-life approaches. Because that's where the natural growth happens.
