I've had 3 HBs that I juggle throughout the week. I'm 4 dates deep with 1 of them, and 10-12 dates deep with the other 2. All of them have been F-closed, and it's not uncommon for me to rotate them 3 nights in a row. (I've found 3 is just the right number of HBs to juggle. 2 is too few, 4 is too much maintenance)

Needless to say, I'm getting plenty of play. It's a lot of fun.

But to be honest, it's really exhausting too. Last week, I almost ran into one of them while I was out with another of them. Part of me feels that I'm being irresponsible by f-ing 3 different women. Am I putting these women (and myself) at risk of getting an STD? With 2 of the 3 of them, I have no intention of entering into a LTR. Is it disingenuous to continue seeing them? I'm also maintaining 3 relationships, which besides just being emotionally exhausting, just gives me less time to devote to my own hobbies & side projects.

On another note, I'm beginning to develop feelings for one of them. Every time she and I are romping around in my bed, it takes all the energy in the world not to allow my inner chode to come out. (note that it's calibrated, she regularly tells me how much she's into me, makes a ton of eye contact during sex, and i'm meeting her friends this week. all IOIs of a LTR in my opinion) I WANT to move to a LTR with this girl, although I'm not sure if I can tactfully position this conversation without losing my alpha status.

I see myself playing this 3 possible ways:

  • Continue to f-close all 3 of them. Deflect all LTR-talk from any of them. Phase them out with new leads from sarging.

  • Continue to f-close all 3 of them until the LTR comes up with the one I'm actually into. Deflect LTR-talk from the rest of them.

  • Bring up a LTR with the one I'm into. Assume a confident and alpha frame. ("I'm beginning to develop feelings from you. Let's give this a real shot") Do it in a public place where either of us can easily eject if the conversation goes awry.

Do I have oneitis? And if I do, is that such a bad thing? What is the correct dynamic / frame to navigate from FWB to LTR ?

TL;DR - How do you navigate the line between FWB and LTR with a HB you actually WANT a LTR with?
