I think that you may have tried closing too soon. As you said, she has only met you twice. At this point you're competing for her attention with everything else going in her life.
Work on showing her that you're funny, keep things upbeat. Post interesting things on your Instagram to show that your life is exciting. Post on your story and see if she looks at it. Build a connection before inviting her out again.

Try and be funny, find common ground with her then exploit that. Seeing as your both college try something like this... Damn girl, are you my homework? Because I wanna slam you on my desk, promise to do you all night long, get distracted, last 2 minutes, cry, turn the tv and continue to hate myself for another weak performance.
