Best advice is: don't read books. get a mentor. either pay someone or make friends with a guy that is ACTUALLY crushing it in your city. Not any guy, but a guy that has success with your EXACT type of girl. In this way, you'll see/learn first hand what it takes and how ge gets his successes.
