I'm a male (22) who has very little experience dating, flirting, or even picking up women for that matter, so i'm a little lost with how to proceed in my current situation. I started working a part time job at a catering company. One of my fellow caterers started flirting and hitting on me. Another caterer suggested that I hook up with her. Shortly after, she started making remarks like "I'd suck you off, I'd suck you dry, you'd enjoy it." We kinda went through the rest of the night working after that not really bringing it up again. Since its a part time job for both of us, I wasn't entirely sure what to do. Now its been a week and I'm still lost.

First off, should I pursue this? I'm told I shouldn't hook up with co-workers because if something happens then you still have to work with that person; however, this is a part time job for both of us? So it can't be that bad, right?

Second, if I due pursue this (most likely) one night stand, what is the best way to approach her on this type of thing? Do I just blatantly state the obvious 'Hey, remember a few weeks ago when you said you'd suck me off? Still wanna do it?"
I can't help but think that, that is the bad way to do it but I can't think of any other way to bring it up.

Any thoughts or ideas?
