Hi everyone, longtime lurker here, using throw away beacuse honestly ashamed.

I am a 28 year old, working in the creative industry. I have a big and great friendcircle, I am generally liked.
I´ve had 2 GFs in my life, one of them was longterm but I ended it 4 years ago.
I am 1,70cm and bald, but I don´t think that someone would describe me as ugly or such.

Since 3 years I didnt have sex and I somehow can´t manage to get laid. Thats basically my problem.I´ve read several books on women and relationships like Models or No More Mr. Nice guy - but i must admit that was probably a kind of escapism.

The main problem is me approaching, being flirty and so on. Meeting new women is not an issue at all, but taking it to the next step like asking for a date or even figuring out if someone is interested in me is nearly impossible for me. I have no idea if it is the fear of rejection or something else.

I have reached a point where i have no idea what the next step is. I started going to the gym, hav a great job/income and pretty much all other aspects of my life are totally where they should be.

Do you guys have any idea what is going wrong?
