What do you do? Be a man and decide whether you want to have sex with her and risk breaking up the group, or move on and find another woman to sleep with. Don't be a dick. Unless you're going to marry the girl or the friendship group is supremely shit, you'd be being a dick if you make a move. If you want the girl, you can let her know you like her, see if she prefers you to her boyfriend, but knowingly letting girls cheat with you is a dick move, if you know the boyfriend, it's way beyond a dick move.
