you will have to judge those things by yourself from everything you've posted I deduce that she will probably be pretty nervous. It's going to be very hard to screw it up, just chill out and you will be fine :) Perhaps you should spend some time with her first - talk with her - and later when the party is at its peak isolate and... well, you know.

Search for house party game. You're the host so you're already giving value. Introduce people to each other, etc. be awesome. Don't worry about messing up with the one girl, focus on having a good time.
