Don’t try oversell your maturity (as this might seem instinctive).

Game her like you would anyone else. Get straight to the point. Set up a date ASAP whilst minimising back and forth texting.

I would mostly agree with the advice saying treat it like any other girl. She probably wants to have fun just like girls your age. If you live in an area with a highly educated work force, older women value intelligence more in my experience, so maybe something to keep in mind. I wouldn’t worry about it too much though.
