Be playfully challenging with her. Talk about the things she's into and playfully disagree with her. If for example she really likes Subway you can playfully say something like, "What? Subway? Are you serious?" the key is to not try to prove her wrong but to make her work to prove herself right. So don't be listing down reasons why Subway sucks, challenge her to list down reasons why its good.
