I am a very analytic person. I want to think about every interaction, gauge people’s feelings, and figure out the best course of action. This seems to be a common theme around the sub too. I get it, we’re all here trying to pick up girls and want to do it in the most efficient way possible. But another common theme here is to not come across as needy. This leads to questions about whether we should text a girl immediately, wait a few days, or wait for them to text, etc. This exact mindset is needy in and of itself.
While the girl will never know how much you’ve analyzed and it could lead to decent outcomes, deep down we’re still being insanely needy. What’s the point in feigning this idea that you’re time is so valuable and you can’t be bothered to put an excessive amount of effort into these women when reality is the opposite.
If all you want to do is fuck as many girls as possible then fine, analyze every situation and find the best course of action to get into her pants. But if you’re on a journey to become a better, more valuable man, then this concept of non-neediness must be genuine.
I have just realized this about myself when a close female friend told me that I overthink everything when it comes to girls. She said most girls worth a damn aren’t thinking that hard so why should you?
One course of action I am going to take to improve this aspect of myself is to development my abundance mentality. Not only with girls but with friends as well. My goal for the next few weeks is to plan activities at the beginning of the week and actually fill my schedule, not just lie and tell the girl I’m busy when I’m not. Also I’m going to limit texting/snap chatting with my interests to strictly setting up plans. Last, I’m going to attempt to limit my mind from drifting into this analytic state when it comes to women. Not sure of a great way to do that other than, just doing it.
