Good job overall, but here are the mistakes I see.

Grinding on a chick raises her buying temperature/arousal, not her interest in you.
Picking a girl off after some other guy got her hot is fairly common.
Taking a piss and expecting some random chick to wait for you is naive. Especially if you are the type of guy to apply the golden rule to man/woman situations.

Don't do unto others with the hope of reciprocation. That nice guy mentality is deeply unattractive.

She doesn't give a fuck about you. Nor should she, nor could she. You're just one of an endless stream of dicks getting waved at her since she started wearing a bra. As far as she knows, the supply of dicks is endless, like the Thanksgiving turkey that isn't aware of Thursday.

You're just her entertainment for the moment.

Good moves and keeping rhythm shows virility, but it's like being tall or muscular. Just having skills/height/nice clothes doesn't make the guy irresistible to women, it's just gets the girl's attention.

Additionally, indiscriminate kissing and making out on the dance floor tends to release sexual tension.

All these are very common mistakes for dance club pulls. You probably don't see much on dance club game for obvious reasons.

Decent dance club game is being able to dance by yourself in a way that invites others. That's the social hook point, the same way a funny line helps you open verbally.

You don't want to be all "you got served" and draw in spectators. You want to draw in participants. Participation is why line dancing is so popular.

Dancing Skill is in the lower half of the body, but approachability is in the face. Footwork and facial expressions will draw attention.

Girls want to be seen. That's why they wear what they wear. Chicks are like moths to the flame of attention.

So when you dance with one girl, other girls see it and want the eyes on them.

They will gladly dance with you/any good dancer, but it is not because they care about you.

They care for themselves.

You are a pawn to attract more attention. Just like the rich guy's nice car is a pawn to attract girls.

To that end, you target outgoing girls. Tara with two left feet that can't dance, don't mess with her, she's undeserving. Outgoing Olga is the one you dance with, not pulling teeth Tatiana.

Now that you have a girl dancing with you, you want to push her off of you if she starts using you as a stripper pole. Dancing on you is not dancing with you.

Even if she looks good, that lack of rhythm wet noodle shit means the chick can't actually dance. Expose these broads as the fakes they are.

She is just using you to get her jollies and attract attention. She's not actually connecting with you, or even trying to do so.

Setting boundaries and leadership is crucial to all game. Pushing fake strippers off also breaks rapport, instead of being the dork that is grateful for having her conditioned hair all up in your nostrils.

Drop chicks that are lame in a clear fashion. It makes you look good, like a challenge.

At the most obvious level, dancing is simulated sex. It's all about bringing attention to the lower half of the body, guys and girls. Guy that can't dance, can't fuck. Girl that can't dance, can't fuck either. But when you dance with a chicks, you want to avoid dry humping/dick to ass friction.

Instead, What you want is that eye to eye tension and that moving her body in a way that she has to move. So more missionary than doggie.

Now when a chick actually tries to dance, (face to face, matching moves, following your lead), getting to the sexual/romantic hook point is about building that back and forth.

Low key, you can actually apply martial arts while you dance. It's why Bruce Lee was a cha cha champion.

Two or three songs into building this pattern with the girl, that's when you "go get some air" "get a drink". You tell her, lead her, and she follows.

If she doesn't follow, leave her. This is an overall pickup rule. You get to a certain point in the interaction, she has to give you cooperation.

If the girl isn't accepting your leadership now when the stakes are low, despite having a good time with you, you won't bang her by trying to reason with her or plead with her. Give her tut gift of your absence.

Once you get her off the floor, keep the chat light, but get all the info about who she came with, what they're doing and all the other questions necessary for you to bang that night.

If anything isn't ideal, drop her.

I don't even get the phone number here. That phone number is about as valuable as a scratch off ticket, 99.9 % chance of loss.

If everything looks good for the same night connection, that's when you go back out to the dance floor but also deal with her friends. From there it is standard game to get her home.

I mean looks the positives, you went out by yourself for the first time. That’s a hell of a lot better than staying home in bed. Well you don’t specify here but look back at your encounter with the girl and pinpoint your mistakes and success(Did you make her laugh or were you too aggressive?). Evaluate your expierance and bounce right back tomo night

You can apologize for being too up front, but you can't apologize for being a wuss. Be more up front with your touch and with your words. If she dismisses your advances, go back to building comfort. Take two steps forward, one step back.

It might be that right now you're taking one step forward and the other guy is taking two.

Don't follow her, don't be there waiting for her, don't chase, let her be a part of your world, not the other way around. If she's at the point where she compliments you, you can start asking questions that would make her qualify to you. Push/pull her by making it seem like she's growing on you, but you're still not sure about her.

If you do make any moves, remember you are James Bond. You don't do half-steps, half-moves - everything you do you do intentionally, with purpose, with absolute confidence. She can smell you not being sure about whether she will like what you're trying to do. That means you care about what she thinks of you, which means you're needy, which is unattractive.

This was a lot of info, but I totally see what you mean my guy! My frustrations are still there, but you've given me some insight on how to move forward. Let's see what next weekend has in store
