Been day gaming for about half a year, and noticed 3 sticking points that often get into my way.

1) escalate from a indirect opener with time constraint to close 2) building comfort from getting number to the actual date 3) number close

1) I enjoy using direct openers, it's strong and the girl knows what's up right away. At the same time, the anti-slut defense might shows right away(i.e I have a bf, I am not interested). I don't have a problem with that as you can move on to a new girl immediately. For indirect openers however, I often get suck into a boring conversation, i.e work/interview question, and I have issues escalating at the presence of a time constraint. For instance, escalating on a girl in the subway not knowing when she is getting off. Sometimes, after a boring 20 min interaction, I escalate with a strong closer( i.e Hey, you seem like a beautiful, and interesting person. We should go grab a coffee sometime), got the number close, but flake.

2) Since the first interaction might only be 10-20 minutes and leads to the number close, I assumed the testing phase is where you build comfort. However, some guys mentioned that too much texting is beta, and hot girls get texts all the time, so they have the power on when to reply if you play the text game. In general, I usually text the next day with" Hey, this is x, we met yesterday. Let's go grab a coffee at x on Wednesday". Girls flake most of the time after this text, but like most guys, I am terrible at texting, and don't like to give girls the power on deciding when to respond. When girl flakes after the initial text, does it usually result from the lack of escalation in the set? or is it the "strong/bold/ ask her out right away" text that turns her off?

3) How would you compare the success of giving a girl your number instead of the other way around?

I read the Mystery method, some stuff by Krauser, in the middle of The book of Pook, and am a frequent reader of Heartiste.
