Am I the only one who thinks neg-ing is kinda dumb? You're trying to put a girl down, which shows a lack of confidence. You shouldn't have to put others down to make yourself feel better. Doens't mean you have to shower her with compliments either, just... idk, let things be.

Teasing is one thing, but picking on a girl's insecurities or something seems like a dick move. I mean, if she's being a bitch or a hotshot, why are you even bothering with her?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the term. I mean if you think of neg-ing as just teasing or whatever, then I guess I could see how it would work. But I see a lot of guys talk about "neg-ing" a "HB 9 or 10" like she needs to be put in her place. Like they have immediately ranked her as having a higher value than them, and they need to compensate. If she's really that snobby, stop wasting your time with her.

Idk, maybe it works for some guys, and maybe it just depends on your personal style. Thoughts anyone?
