So I've read Models and I'm trying to improve myself. I think my mindset is getting better, and from reading, I've been seeing a lot of mistakes I used to make. I still think I talk too much about myself, am kinda loud/obnoxious, and always establish a friend dynamic. Don't know how to change that. I feel like I need to get to know a girl on a friend level before I'm interested in them like that, but at that point, the dynamic has been established. Maybe I'm missing something?

Also, on a different note, what would work for asking a girl out? Would something as simple as "listen, you're a pretty girl, wanna get a drink sometime?" work if said in the correct way?

I'm 24 if that matters. I've hooked up with chicks, had gfs, but it's been a while and they've almost always made the first move (college days haha). In a bit of a drought, and working a lot so not really getting time to meet too many chicks.
