Okay, here's how it went down...

Meet this girl for a drink before we both go out to a party with some mutual friends. I'm already somewhat drunk (3 shots of tequila within the past hour and a half). We grab a beer or two and I'm getting sloppy. I talk about a whole bunch of shit and disagree with her on a few things but she seems okay with it.

We take a bus to the party. I'm flirty and we are hitting it off - she is laughing at my jokes. At this point I'm on cruise control, I'm very comfortable around her and we talk about our families and whatnot. Some hand touching.

Get to the event and we are sort of doing our own thing. In a few interactions with other people she can probably tell I'm jealous that she is talking to other guys. I get more drunk and my over-confidence makes me act like a dick. In other words, I have trouble seeing things from different peoples perspectives. I still am making people laugh, though.

I'm now wasted. We leave together with another guy, on the train. He is totally getting into her but she ends up sitting next to me. I know, this sounds like middle school shit but hear me out.

She gets off at her stop. I get off at the next stop and call her asking her if she wants to get another drink. We do so but I don't remember because I'm blacked out. We get pizza after. We see her friends there and eat with them, but I don't remember because I'm blacked out.

I do remember walking home alone though, at about three in the morning.

The next day I get a text saying she had fun. I sent a text saying I did too, but may have drank too much. She sends me another text saying she is happy I had a good time even though I drank too much. I send her a few texts from a party I'm at a few days later and no response.

Now what?

I'm going to call her later this week and ask if she wants to go on a date with me this Tuesday. How does this sound?

TL;DR: Blacked out while hanging out with a girl and her friends, hasn't returned my text. I'm very embarrassed I got so sloppy.

Edit: About the texts... Early in the night, first text says more or less, "Hey I'm at a cool party. I'll send you a picture of my costume." Early in the morning I text, "Sooner or later." Next afternoon I send the picture.

No response.
