The girls wanted to hook up with you, and wondered why you didn't make a move. The guys were jealous that you got to hang out with the girls more than they did. I doubt they were assuming you were gay. Just asking.

The way he describes it sounds like a catch 22. In order to get the companionship you want Live your life so that you don't need companionship. Find the distinction between "want" and "need" I guess.

There are a lot of people out there that don't want to have sex with a person the first day they meet them.

It's because you act like your life depends on maintaining a girlfriend. Love yourself first, and then it's effortless.

This reminds me of the reason that "friendzoned" guys get so angry. They rarely will say "no" to anyone. They are so eager to please that they often let others take advantage of them. So when someone says "no" to them, they are highly offended and don't really understand why they would do that.

I don't think it's necessary to go to a gym. It helps sure, but really it all comes down to motivation. I don't even think it's necessary to work out to have good game, it just helps.

I know what's going on here. Women who have serious issues also usually have low self-esteem. They're passive and starved for affection. They'll usually go along with anything you say. So gaming them is easy and non-threatening. But with a person who has high self-esteem, they'll challenge you and make you work for their time. This is intimidating and most guys aren't up to it.
/r/seduction01/10/13 05:46 PM

The thing about working out is, if you can get through the beginning stages of it, it quickly starts becoming enjoyable, and addictive. You'll start looking forward to it, because it releases happy chemicals in the brain.

This is common and not a bad thing. It's because the typical dude is standoffish, and doesn't dress well at all. So if you dress nice, and are outgoing, then the question will pop up. I don't think they mean it as an insult, even though it may come off that way. Just look at it as a shit test.

But seriously, how much of a disadvantage am I at? Okay, we'll take two dudes. Look and act exactly the same and yet one is 5 inches taller. The taller dude will get approximately 7% more closes than the other. So if they both open 100 sets, assuming some pick up skills the tall dude will get 62 closes, while the other will get 55.

Let's put it this way. You'll be at a huge advantage compared to the guy that never goes out and never approaches anyone.
/r/seduction22/03/13 05:15 PM
3

Yes you're being argumentative. Let's take the two extremes. Look matter, and that's all that matters. You should just give up, never leave your house, and you'll be alone for the rest of your life. Looks don't matter. So you love yourself, you're confident and you're always fun to be around and talk to. Everyone is attracted by your awesome mind frame and want to be around you because they know they'll have a good time. Choose one.

Look deep down inside yourself and ask why you feel the need to qualify yourself. It's because you don't see yourself as equal to her. You're putting her on a pedestal. This way of thinking is common and you have to work on getting out of this mindset.

From the glossary. I'm in a bad mood today. HB- Hot Babe. This basically refers to any girl. Typically seen in front of a number (1-10). The HB “scale” doesn’t just refer to how beautiful a woman is- it also refers to how highly she’s valued by other people, as well as how highly she values herself. An HB10 is generally a model or actress- you may never get an opportunity to interact with an HB10, simply because of how high-valued and off-limits they tend to be. Comparatively, an HB1 is typicall…

Success stories are very valuable to people just starting out. Doing a search for "Thanks" here is seddit will give you amble proof that this shit works.

All seduction does is increase your confidence. It's true that it can be taken too far and you start getting arrogant, but as long as keep a "leave them better than when you found them" mindset, you should be good to go.

No, the overwhelming advice to pull back a bit, and then go for it again in few minutes. Or to give them the cold shoulder until they reengage, where you go for sex again. Both of which is ignoring her "No".

And typical advice is to keep trying even after they say "No".
/r/seduction16/11/12 05:44 PM

Not if you have severe social anxiety like most of the guys here. Where the very thought of going up to an attractive person causes you to panic. That's why the seduction community was created, to help people learn how to be social. The main message that is taught in the seduction community is how to confident. And getting sex is just a side effect of being confident.

To get the conversation rolling you sometimes will have to talk a bit more. After your question, and the short answer, answer it yourself and your reasons for it, then try get them to open up with what their reasons are.

I didn't cheat on anyone and I certainly never forced her into anything either. You certainly did not leave her better than when you found her. She cried afterwards.

You're a piece of shit. She's going to regret this for the rest of her life. It will likely cause a lot of depression and anxiety for her. I hope you rot in hell.

A lot of people have similar social anxiety problems. And trust me, you can eventually learn to get over them. It will take a lot of practice, but it is possible. Search this sub for "Thank" to find a lot of success stories from people like you that learn to get over their fear. Stay a while and do some reading, (especially the sidebar).
/r/seduction26/07/12 09:24 PM

/r/seduction02/07/12 04:24 PM

It takes practice. If you want to read tons of success stories from people just like you that've made the transition, do a search here for "Thank". There lots of guys that thank seddit for helping get over their fear of women and rejection.

Rejection Therapy sounds like it would work well for you.
/r/seduction28/06/12 06:15 PM

From now on, I want you to be more confident. If you want something, then make it known, and go after it. You may think that this will make people dislike you, but it's actually the opposite, they respect you more, and will seek your approval. If you want your friend, then you need to start flirting back. Do more reading in the sidebar.
/r/seduction27/06/12 01:43 PM

It sounds like you lead them on too much. Don't treat a FWB like a girlfriend, they should always know where they stand.

/r/seduction19/06/12 03:31 PM

Yes. There should be a warning in the sidebar about this. There is a thin line between confidence and arrogance, and when you're telling yourself that you're the shit, it's very easy to cross that line. As long as everyone remembers to "leave them better than when you found them," then you should be okay.
/r/seduction08/06/12 09:01 PM
2

IT'S ALL ABOUT INNER GAME. /THREAD. p.s It sounds to me like your inner game sucks. Asshole game plays off the insecurities of others. While real seduction gives value to everyone around you. Yes, you're being an asshole.
/r/seduction07/06/12 01:49 PM

I did that yesterday and read the "shit list" thing. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the Inner Game section on the side bar. I consider it the most important part of Seddit.
/r/seduction01/06/12 06:27 PM

Like most compliments you should just say thanks and change the topic. Replying in a cocky way after a compliment makes you sound very arrogant. And we're shooting for confident, not arrogant.
/r/seduction01/06/12 06:16 PM

LMR. Methods that play on a person's insecurity do not foster a "leave them better than when you found them" mentality. Also, when they say to stop doing a certain thing, when you stop and then do it again later is scummy behavior because you're doing something that they told you not to do.

The same reason that Rick Santorum is an actual candidate. The Puritans had a profound effect on our culture. It demonized sex and made it shameful, so we became afraid to even talk about it, much less be proud about it or be seen as someone who enjoys it.

It's the same reason women are labeled sluts for being sexual. Sex in our culture is seen as shameful. So all people are afraid to show that they want sex. It's not just a masculine thing, it's a culture thing born from the Puritans.

If you don't have lingo, then you end up repeating yourself too much. For example kino, it's a particular way you touch a person while you speak to them. But it requires you reading an article before you really understand the concept, so if you don't create a word for it, then it takes forever to communicate that idea. All communites need have their own words to talk about things to speed up communication. If you walked into any subgroup and listened to them talk about their specialty, then you …

A lot of us here at Seddit are guys who are afraid to talk to people IRL, and come here to learn to stop being so afraid of it. Are you a shy or introverted person? Sex isn't the only thing that you get from practicing seduction, it also teaches you how to make friends. You should do some sarging.

I think what he means is that a monkey could have "opened" on this woman and the result would have been the same. That's a common mistake that many people make. Women want sex just as much as guys do. The thing is, an AFC will fuck things up every time with un-confident behavior. That's an attraction killer.

I don't understand the hate for a person being offended. If someone does something that socially unacceptable or against our social mores, then being offended is a perfectly normal reaction. Humans are not robots, we have emotions, and standards of decency. If these standards are not met, the offense is the logical reaction. You're spouting a bunch of machismo bullshit.

Yes, women are welcome here in the seduction community and they can learn to be great seducers from it. The very basics work on all humans. Though I'm concerned about your use of the word slut. What's wrong with two adults having consensual sex? Do some reading on the sidebar and the top rated posts here and you'll learn a lot. The most important thing that seddit teaches is to have high self-esteem and lots of confidence.

If you hadn't been in the frat, then you wouldn't be the same person you are today. So it helped shape you into the person you are. That's the thing with regrets, you learn from them. Don't be embarrassed of your past, use it to make yourself a better person.

Teach them to recognize the difference between arrogance and confidence. Confidence is attractive, but arrogance means they're an asshole. Assholes seem to draw in people with low self-esteem. Make sure that being confident and loving yourself is a high priority for your kids. At school they'll learn that being a slut is one of the worst things to be. I know that this place has a bad reputation, but if you really look into what's being taught here, you'll find that it's main goal is to teach confidence to socially awkward penguins. A lot of people think it's teaching how to trick people into having sex with you, but it's actually teaching you how to be attractive so that people will want to have sex with you. Sedditor You're right. Confidence is the key to seduction. And it's the very basic thing that we teach. If you do all the homework that we assign, (lots of reading, missions, and positive self-talk) then you will gain confidence. Yes! We need flair for the known puas. With so many people here, bad advice gets posted and upvoted way too much. We need a way to know if advice it good. Just yesterday someone called Tofu a liar. Not sure about the female one though, that just seems weird.

For reading social cues, I can recommend The Book on Body Language. A lot of social cues are picked up subconsciously through body language, so studying up on that could give you quite a leg up. Clubs and bars really don't work for me...I usually just shut down and drink in a corner. Is this because of anxiety?
/r/seduction18/11/11 06:21 PM
2

The fear tries to sneak in and ruin our fun in lots of different ways. Everyone will need some strategies to counter it. Learning to calm yourself, and/or get yourself into state is needed. Just remember that when this happens, you can control it. It may seem overpowering now, but with enough practice, you will learn to keep it in check. For me, if I feel some anxiety coming on, I'll immediately start smiling, and start thinking a positive mantra, something like "I'm the boss!" Or remembering so…
/r/seduction18/11/11 06:12 PM
1

The thing inside you that is 'giving a fuck' is actually fear. Fear is keeping you from doing the things that you want to do. The only way to conquer fear is to face it, like a boss. Practice, practice, practice. Think of it like a video game. Every time to talk to someone, your social skill goes up by 5 points, whenever it gets to 100, you go up a level in social. I don't know if you've played the Elder Scrolls games or even the Sims, but our social skills go up the same way they do in those ga…

I've read the first two twilight books and it's basically an abusive co-dependent relationship where the girl has extremely low self-esteem. Here's a great overview as to why women like the book so much. I don't recommend it.

Teasing, making innuendos, touching, eye contact, sly smiles. A lot of it is body language. Our subconscious picks up body language much more than you know, and changes our perception of someone.

Having a wingwoman is ideal. Having a wingman is 2nd. Going alone is 3rd. Going with a bunch of your AFC friends is dead last. Being able to sarge alone is a very important tool for a pua.

One of the most important tenants of Seddit. Always Assume Attraction It will always lead to the best possible outcome. (Unless you take it too far and keep escalating on someone who isn't interested.)
/r/seduction08/11/11 07:06 PM

It's because they see you as much higher value than they see themselves. It's common to hear this from 5s, 6s, and low self-esteem 7s. You should qualify them more, and DHV yourself less.
/r/seduction08/11/11 06:59 PM
1

Things like this are listed in the Book on Body Language. Body language communicates much much more than most people realize. It is picked subconsciously, and effects the way people see you, even if they don't think about in their heads. If you see a person with poor body language, you'll realize that you have a poor perception of them, but you won't realize why.

They call it the "Hypo-egoic Self-Processes" in which people have minimal thoughts about themselves, their reputations, and how people perceive them. When you get "in state" you turn your brain off and live completely in the moment. People in this state become very attractive as they seem completely confident.

I've been married for 11 years. Yes, I recommend that you date often, and sleep around. Women like to fuck too, you know. There's nothing wrong with two people having consensual sex, as long as you leave them better than when you found them.
/r/seduction12/10/11 02:56 PM

This is why one of Seddit's main principles is "Leave them better than when you found them." When dealing with people's emotions, you have the power to really hurt someone and damage their trust in others.

What do you want with her? Do you want a LTR? Or do you want a FWB? She only wants a FWBs. She noticed that you were being clingy, so she friendzoned you. If you go to the party, try to cut back on the attention you give her, and focus mostly on the other guests. Get to know everyone, flirt with the other women there, and be the life of the party. It doesn't have to be perfect, you're just practicing here.

Yup, telling her that will make her run for the hills. I can tell that you want a relationship with her, but she's made it clear that she's not ready for that. I'll prescribe that you go out and date other women, and cut back a bit on the contact with this one. You still have a shot, but you could easily kill it if you're too eager.

You don't want to be in a relationship, then you shouldn't be spending the night cuddling with her, and unless you plan on hurting this woman, then you should try some different things. Cause all your doing now, is showing her how much you want to be her bf.

Check out all the "Thank Yous" that r/seduction has received. Of course it does take hard work, after lots of reading, you have to go out and force yourself to interact socially, but when you do, you will learn confidence.

I know where you're going with this. But humans are emotional creatures, it you try to separate yourself from emotions, then you're trying to become a robot, and robots aren't sexy.

So so many things have been discovered that absolutely flew in the face of known logic at the time. If scientists only worked on what the thought would happen, they would never invent new things.

I think practice with 6's is a great idea. Although it may have pissed her off ramping up her attraction like that and not even getting her #.
/r/seduction22/08/11 09:18 PM

If there's going to be any other women there, try spending most of your attention with them. You were too needy, and that's not attractive. It actually stems from low self-confidence.

I love peacocking. I like to dress up in fun stuff, males are so restricted in what they are allowed to wear in public. I know what you mean though, if you're doing only to get attention, it's pretty fail.

Thanks for linking that. I think lines and routines are good for beginners in order to get them some experience talking and interacting with women, and after some experience I think they should be discarded. I see them as training wheels.

Yes, you should look at it as good practice. It'll help with growing your outcome independence. And since it's just practice, don't skimp on the kino escalation ladder.

Standard Seddit advice is that looks matter much less than you think they do. If you have good game and dress nice, you'll still pull women way above you on the physical attractiveness scale.

Approach, approach, approach. If you're able to start a convo, then when your stop comes say, "Oh damn, gotta go, I enjoyed talking to you, give me your number so we can continue this conversation later." Hand her your phone.

Here's a copy/pasta of some advice I gave to someone else who was in the friend zone. I think cutting contact is the right move, but you may want to try this first. You have to follow this very strictly for it to work. Getting out of the friendzone. It's difficult but possible. It's not really worth the effort though because it's easier to find new people. Step 1, confirm that you two are just friends. Let her know that that's all she is to you, and you're happy about that. Do not tell her she's…
/r/seduction16/08/11 08:26 PM

This sounds kinda rapey. Don't try and pressure her. You should work on comfort more before you start making out. Also, you should work into the conversation how you don't buy into the whole "slut" thing. It's just a word that tries to shame women into not having sex. That there's nothing wrong with two humans having consensual sex.
/r/seduction16/08/11 08:24 PM

You have to be willing to walk away. He was calling her out on her shit. I feel validated when that happens, but when it doesn't I feel rejected and have the temptation to freeze out This is a problem. Everyone needs to be self-validating. Relying on others to make you feel good isn't healthy. It's the difference between high and low self-esteem. There's a difference between enjoying positive attention, and needing it.
/r/seduction16/08/11 04:30 PM

Naturals can't really explain how and why what they do works. It boils down to basic seddit advice. Be confident, always assume attraction, and kino.

Because there's a huge fucking stigma against sluts in our society. I know here in r/seduction we have a more enlightened view on the subject, but women are raised to be demure and pure, or else you're just a harlot. And if you don't know a guy that well, then you don't know if he'll be one to judge or not.
/r/seduction12/08/11 04:15 PM
2

The first step to solving it, is wanting to change, so you've got a good start. Just being around a lot of women, talking with them, and getting to know them, will also help. Be sure to try to keep negative thoughts out of your head. A happy person thinks happy thoughts.

if people don't have things in common with me then we probably won't have much fun together anyhow. Everyone has things in common. Sometimes it just takes a while to figure out what that is. This is a known danger in the psychological community when people are learning / teaching how to gain confidence. They take it too far and it becomes arrogance. I'll bet she was probably right. It's happened to me too. Seduction requires calibration, don't do too much push and not enough pull. It is a fine line, but just remember this famous Seddit quote. "Leave them better than when you found them." Edit: Also, Seddit frowns on asshole game. Asshole game does work, but on the downside, it makes…

"Are you an impulsive person?" Really like this one. But really, to set up a kiss (after you've got attraction) it's is all about close eye to eye contact and silence after some type of connection (like a shared laugh, a spin, one of the above lines, ect.)

I was bored, browsing r/sex, when I saw r/seduction in the sidebar. I checked it out and clicked on a FR. I thought it was hilarious that someone was documenting themselves in the dating scene. I thought maybe this was some kind of social experiment, and I love social science. I started reading it more and more and I realized that I had quite a few beta tendencies, although I've been married for 11 years now. I was also quite shy and r/seduction has helped me tons in kicking that to the curb.

Classic Reddit Quote Time. "If you're not getting rejected, then you're not trying." Every experienced pua will get rejected at few times every time he sarges. It's the yin to pickups yang. Getting rejected feels 100 times better than not approaching at all and having that "what if" feeling for the rest of your life. Wear each rejection as a badge of honor.
/r/seduction09/08/11 02:04 PM

Dude, you're overthinking everything, and you're way to invested in this. Try being less reactive. , I ask her if she likes me less. Never Never Never ask anything like this ever again. It's needy behavior. Don't talk about things like this because it kills attraction. You should always assume attraction. Stop texting so much. Give her a call this weekend to set up another date. But don't stop looking for other people to date, you need lots of practice before you're ready for primetime.

I know it's annoying as fuck, but it's just my natural response, I realize what I've just said after I say it. All of us come to r/seduction to find out what we're doing wrong, and work on becoming the best we can be. Putting yourself down lowers your confidence and that's the opposite of what we're supposed to be doing. You should be telling yourself that you're awesome, that you're the prize to won. (Just don't become arrogant.)
/r/seduction09/08/11 01:29 PM
2

Sorry about the bad advice you've gotten. For guys, they can't seem to eager, so they should disqualify themselves. But for women, when a guy compliments them, you should give an ioi back, if you like them of course. Smile look them in the eye, and introduce yourself. Start a conversation. Guys these days don't approach much, so when they do you should reward them (unless you don't want to, don't feel an obligation to talk to every guy.)
/r/seduction09/08/11 01:25 PM

Agreed, the basic principles of seduction are teaching confidence and showing the magic of kino. There's lots of other tidbits, some of which may be gender specific, but overall, it works on anyone.

When they mentioned a threesome, you should have turned it down fast, saying something to the effect of how you would never do such a thing. But then escalate with both and take them to a sex location.

When you're way out of state like that, you've gotta to something to try and get your head straight. Do some jumping jacks, say some affirmations, meditate a bit. I wanna read that you opened at least a few sets in your next FR. Remember, if you're not getting rejected, then you're not trying.

Tease them about it. Big smile, "Geeze I didn't know you were such a gossip, I wonder what you say about me to other people." Laugh, nudge with elbow. Or. "Uh oh! Each of you have to make a commitment to do the hard work to keep the relationship. A lot of people think that the magic feeling you get at the beginning is what real love feels like, and when that goes away, they think something is wrong.

I used to be very shy and introverted, but my wife made me go out partying a lot, and I'd notice that sometimes when I got drunk, I'd end up being the life of the party, and I'd have awesome conversations with lots of people. I loved the feeling. It was then that I decided that I didn't want to be shy and introverted anymore. This is why I visit Seddit, I want to be able to make more and better connections with people.

Make friends with the dude.
/r/seduction27/07/11 03:34 PM

That burnout feeling is common. Social interaction drains energy from introverts. It's because your brain is constantly fighting off it's anxiety. Brains actually burn a lot of calories, much more than muscles. That's why getting "in state" is desirable. It's similar to going into super sayian mode where you actually gain energy by being in social situations. It's a great feeling. Also called being "in the zone" when you're playing a sport.
/r/seduction27/07/11 03:10 PM

Oh Uncle Paul, what are we gonna do with you. A man gets nothing out of dancing except for the opportunity to have physical contact with a chick. If you're line dancing - you're an asshole. Damn, according to you, I'm not a man and I'm an asshole. I used to despise dancing only because I was afraid of being judged by other people. But when I was at clubs, I saw how much fun everyone was having dancing, and I decided I'd give it a try. Let me tell you, letting it all hang out on the dance floor i…

Then I guess this thread doesn't apply to you.
/r/seduction19/07/11 09:18 PM

Good job. I'd be careful on the negging if I were you, it sounded like you were overdoing it there.
/r/seduction19/07/11 09:07 PM
1

I decline stating that there's no way I'm dancing unless i'm drunk. Why not? Being drunk ruins your game you know. I told her yes, as that's not retarded because it's not line dancing. I thought you were trying to be open-minded. I hate country too, but line-dancing is fun. Don't lead women on if you have no intention of doing anything with them. I recommend that you have sex with C.
/r/seduction19/07/11 09:02 PM
1

I deserved a more caring girl and how she thought I was above her level. This happens either when the woman has low self-esteem, or when you're running HB9 level game on a HB 6. It's likely a little bit of both. That may have been the cause of the hot/coldness.
/r/seduction19/07/11 08:50 PM

so pretty much all the guy has to do tomorrow night is not fuck up too badly? AFCs always fuck things up. That's what we're here to learn, how to not fuck things up.
/r/seduction19/07/11 08:36 PM
3

I recommend not waiting until the end of the night to kiss her. You should be kinoing much more and then creating a good moment.
/r/seduction19/07/11 08:23 PM
5

You don't say anything. Talking ruins the moment.
/r/seduction19/07/11 07:41 PM

Even after "studying" for nearly a year. Studying is only 25% of being a PUA, the other 75% is going out multiple times per week opening and talking to women.
/r/seduction19/07/11 07:34 PM

Seddit is usually anti-asshole game. It does work, but it makes you an asshole. If you hang out here for very long, you'll see this quote as Seddit's mantra. "Leave them better than when you found them."

This is a known concern when people try to become confident. They cross the line between confident/assertive and arrogant/aggressive. Just be careful, and don't alienate your friends.

You're in. Be the first one to say "No sex."
/r/seduction15/07/11 06:43 PM

Have you done much reading here yet? Do you know about shit tests and kino? Be sure to make friends with her friends, don't spend all your attention on her, don't be afraid to chat up other women at the bar, read the shit test post that's currently the top comment. Also, read DiCarlo's Escalation Ladder
/r/seduction15/07/11 03:45 PM

No, it will be extremely easy for him to fuck this up. Most AFCs would fuck this up. No doubt she'll send him plenty of shit tests, he'll have to show how he's fun and outgoing without being needy, and he'll have to kino.

Shit tests are much more offensive in my book. Women say them out of a subconscious attempt at disqualifying the men that approach them. If you fail the shit test, then they lose attraction to you. If you pass it, then you gain attraction. This is mainly why most "Nice Guys™" say that women only date assholes. They always fail shit tests, but when they see guys pass them with crude humor, they get pissed off. That's why this whole mating ritual is called a game. For one, if you really decide to …

I think it's always a great idea to get out there and talk to women like this. With 5s you don't even really need to flirt, just talk about stuff, ask questions, tell stories. Most importantly, just relax, you don't have to try to impress her.
/r/seduction12/07/11 03:53 PM

This is standard Seddit advice, don't text much at all. It's useful to set up logistics, and to ping someone every once and while.
/r/seduction11/07/11 06:15 PM

Chivalry is sexist. Don't do something for a date that you wouldn't do for a friend.
/r/seduction11/07/11 06:12 PM

Don't worry man. With more practice and study, you'll be seeing these things much more clearly. Just remember, one night out sarging gives more experience than a weeks worth of reading seduction materials.

Damn, that sucks dude. I glad you took him to court.
/r/seduction08/07/11 08:01 PM

He's doing the stylelife challenge to help him get over his fear of approaching. When you're in the moment, your heart is beating fast, and you have lots of scary thoughts going through your head. He did the mission, and any more than that would have been just a bonus.
/r/seduction08/07/11 02:05 PM

Standard Seddit advice is that it's very hard to gain attraction over text, and it's really easy to lose it. I feel that's what happened here. I think you should not contact her for a while as you study up on text game.
/r/seduction07/07/11 06:14 PM

Nope, this shows that you're trying to win her affection with gifts. Similar to saying "Can I buy you a drink?"

You might find this article interesting. It's not that I think you have PTSD, but maybe something similar about anxiety over sex. Excerpt: To a layperson, the notion of using a drug like Ecstasy as a therapeutic tool for healing trauma might make as much sense as adding cocaine to a diabetic's weight loss regimen....To these therapists, MDMA offers the opposite of party-hard escapism—instead, they see the drug as a catalyst for digging deep into the human psyche.

/r/seduction27/06/11 05:35 PM

Freezing her out is the correct response. No more "negs", no more anything. I'm betting she picked up on your neediness, and she found that unattractive.
/r/seduction27/06/11 05:02 PM

Yes, you did. You had the perfect situation and you fucked it all up. You should try learning some moves. If you had been flirting during your 5 hour conversation, throwing in some harmless touching, then you two would have made some sweet sweet loving, and it would have been one of the most magical nights of your life.
/r/seduction27/06/11 04:44 PM

Yup, AFCs pass up these oppurtunities All The Time! I think the main reason is that they don't realize that women really do enjoy fucking. So they think making a move on someone is acting like an asshole.
/r/seduction27/06/11 02:35 PM

When you have your arm around her, and are talking, all you have to do is look into her eyes whenever there is a silence, your eyes will meet, and bam! The tension is there, and it's go time.

Under no circumstances do you ever announce that you would like to/ are about to kiss someone. It ruins the moment. You set up kisses with kino. Be sure to re-read DiCarlo's Escalation Ladder. Also, you're not in the friendzone yet, you're still good. I'm betting she was disappointed that she didn't get laid, but it usually takes more than one fuckup like that before she'll give up on you.

A horseshoe is a U-shaped item made of metal or of modern synthetic materials, nailed or glued to the hooves of horses and some other draught animals. Like a shoe on a human, it is used to protect the animal's feet from wear and tear. Professional horseshoers, also called farriers or blacksmiths (more commonly used in the UK), attach horseshoes on the palmar surface of the hoof, usually by nailing through the insensitive hoof wall, which is anatomically similar to the human toenail, though much …

Yeah, I realized this about myself not too long ago. I'd judge people all the time and I just knew I was an excellent judge of character, being able to instantly tell if someone was worth knowing or not. Then it clicked that I was a stereotyping jerk. I've had this problem. Hope this helps. (Note this is a copy/pasta) If a person judges others a lot, then they usually believe that other judge them just as much. Projecting is a very common trait. Whether this is you or not, looking at others in a positive light, will do a lot to help with your fear. To help with that here's a great Niel Gaiman quote. Just put on some music, have some drinks, be fun and flirty, and dance. I'm imagining you and your husband are slowdancing to some sensual music, then you'll go into the kitchen to get something, he'll ask her to dance, you'll come back in and you'll spoon your husband so that the three of you are dancing together, he'll escalate to dance closer and more being more touchy with her. Then things start getting exciting.

From Wikipedia: Confidence is generally described as a state of being certain either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective. Go read the rest of that page, it's all good stuff to know. You can grow more confidence by taking risks and have them succeed. Lack of confidence is just fear of any bad results that you think might happen.

One of the basic teachings of seddit is that confidence is the #1 quality that makes a person attractive. This is called inner game. Yep, this is similar to getting in the friend zone. If you don't show any sexual urges, then they will see you as a just a friend. So it's kinda like you ended up in the friend-zone with your gf.

I see. Most guys get into pick up, because they want the validation that they get from being a guy who can pick up chicks. But the real result of the seduction community is to become a confident, attractive person. One who doesn't need other's people validation.

Right on. I've been doing the eye-contact/smile/say hello thing for a while and it really does give you confidence. I hated being shy and I well on my way to breaking out of that. All it really takes is practice. (Nerd alert) I look at it like a video game, with a little progress bar above my head. Every social interaction I have give me a bit of experience and fill up my progress bar as I level up. Giving me +1 to Social & Charisma. Ah okay. I was wondering if the mods had a brainstorming forum that I could join. :) The things that make the seduction community so successful is 1) it's great faq, 2) Field Reports. NickTDS wrote a good summary of flirting today that should go in there. I think we could frame the whole kino topic as "How to Flirt". I'll give it some thought and get back to you.

Hey there. I was just re-reading this thread, and I agree with most of what you have to say. I've added r/datingadvice to my frontpage and I'm trying to give some good advice there. "I think it boils down to an idea that sex is something that women are supposed to trade for a relationship, and men are supposed to trade a relationship for sex. Traditionally, women are "supposed" to value relationships over sex, and men the opposite. On your date, you should try to kiss before the date ends. Doing at the end of the date creates pressure and anxiety and makes it less enjoyable. Study up on the escalation ladder. Bowling is great for kino. Remember to give a good reason for her to come back to your room when the date is over.

No, no, no. I'm one of those who believe in routines, but they're just a stepping stone for beginners to find their confidence. Then after you have some success, and go from being an beginner to an intermediate, you will automatically switch to a more natural game. It's needed when your AA is still bad and your mind is blank in coming up with anything to say. Routines are there for you.

In the beginning, we're taught to act a certain way, so that we are perceived as being alpha. Once we practice enough, we'll be able to shift our focus more to inner game, where we finally realize that we are actually the shit. That way we don't have to worry about what other people think, because we'll already know that they love us.

More. Disqualify yourself. This is one of the basic tenants of pua. It's similar to if a guy walks up to a woman and is too forward about picking her up, her shield will raise and he'll get blown out. For straight women, when they find out that you're a lesbian, their shields spike and they think that the only reason you're talking to them is to pick them up. So just do what any pua would do; disqualify and use kino and conversation to ramp attraction.

You had initial attraction but for some reason you both were afraid to escalate. Escalation is a big part of Seddit's teachings. Since he was afraid of making moves on you, you lost interest, very common thing, as assertiveness (ie. confidence) is very desirable for both genders.

I think is what they call the 'rapport' stage(or C1 & C2 in the M3 model). It's getting to know someone through conversation, making them comfortable with you. I think this is one of those things that you'll just have to practice, learning how to have meaningful conversations with anyone and everyone. There's a lot of material out there on questions you could ask, or routines you can go though, but it that's not really my style, so I won't comment on those.

Dude, you're looking at this the wrong way. You're supposed to view rejections as a success. Pick up is a numbers game, in the beginning you're supposed to get way more rejections than numbers. This is so you get over your AA. Next time you go sarging, think to yourself, I'm going to go out and get 5 rejections tonight. That way, you'll be more relaxed during the set, as you know that getting blown out is no big deal.

Make them both jealous and date someone else, that will make them want you even more.

Let me tell you a story. One of my good friends planned to have a ONS with this one dude at her b-day party. While they were in her bed, making out, he stops and says "I'm not looking for a girlfriend." She stopped making out with him, and went into the living room to party more. Nothing kills attraction faster. I think you only did that because thats what a "nice guy" would do.

Remember, the problem isn't actually that you're 'too nice'. It's just that you lack confidence.

She has a bf dude. There's plenty of single chicks out there. Anyway, sounds to me like she just wants to be friends.

Yes, you over texted. Never ask her what she is doing for the night, you tell her what she is doing for the night. You telling her that she better not be a weirdo is very strange and off-putting. Sounds like you just need to let this one go.

Smooth.

Make it your goal to get 5 rejections. Since your AA is just fear of rejection, it should make it easier.

There's plenty of single women out there dude.

Things changed because your feelings for each other changed. Before it was just two people having lots of fun with each other. Now there's lots of nervous energy because you don't know how serious things are/want them to be.

Fantastic sex descriptions. You could post this in r/sexstories. Keep up the good work.

Most of this stuff is written for men by men, but really the basics are gender neutral. Just ignore any male/female pronouns.

While looking good is of course a good idea. That's not the main thing to focus on. Don't listen to these guys that tell you it's most important. The most important thing is confidence, kino, & push/pull.

They do it because they know you find it exciting. They're trying to attract you. You should reward them.

I got to end and started laughing thinking I got trolled. Basic PU 101 stuff. Never tell a person that you like them. It absolutely destroys attraction. The only way to let a person know you like them is by showing them. 2nd. Go find some people that don't have SOs.

If you cook than she's already at your place. Now all you need is to escalate kino.

You changed his life for the better using one sentence. Kudos. Hope he remembers it in the morning.

You tell her that you're glad she said you two should just be friends. Things were awkward with her having just ended her relationship. Say that you won't take advantage of her any more. That way you're free to kino like you used too. Next, starting dating. She needs to see that you're not still pining over her, and it will drive her crazy with jealousy.
