Came across a friend who I haven't seen since freshman year last Friday. we were pawing eachother at the bus terminal ( she had just gotten off of her bus and I was about to get onto mine). When we first said hello, she came in for a hug and as we moved in for the hug, i stepped on her foot by accident. Still hugged though. We stopped and chatted for a minute or so about how things had gone since we'd last talked 2 years ago. Then we had to leave since she was about to go take a midterm and I had to catch my bus home. Anyway I decided to send her a quick Facebook private message when I got home. I said "good seeing you today! Sorry for so awkwardly stepping on your foot. Wish we could have talked longer! Maybe next time we won't be heading in opposite directions...."

To which she replied " Hi! Good to see you again. Maybe we can grab coffee on the weekends when the weather gets normal ;)"

I said "sounds like a good plan. Have a nice weekend!"

Then today I happened to run into her again on campus. We said hi and then I asked if she was still wanting to meet up this weekend. She said that this weekend was perfect but just needed to pick a time. I said I'd contact her later and she said to send her another Facebook message.

So now I'm wondering if this is actually something that can be considered a date or not. Should I ask? If so, before, during, or after we meet? Any tips???
