Hey you made your bed so lay in it.
You weren't enough of an alpha to study with her alone so you brought a friend. That communicated to the girl you aren't reproductive material because you need your security friend to talk to a girl. I know I sound harsh but it's true.
Now the part where you can fix it. First learn how to use your power voice. Jason capital has videos on it and so does rsdmax. Stand with your feet shoulda with apart. Shoulder blades back. Breath into your diaphragm and when you speak contract your abs which will strengthen your voice. That will help you get people to listen to you. You should also toutch your friend on the shoulder when you talk to him to demonstrate your are in control. I also made a post where I almosr got into a fight so I broke down lots of body language tells of an alpha in that post read it and incorporate it. These are more surface changes but they can help you improve right fucking now. The long term fix requires lots of deep inner work which I reccomend looking more into.

Doesn't matter. Talk to more girls. The more girls you are interested in, the more risk you will take. If you had 3 girls you were after, you wouldn't be posting here. The answer is to talk to more girls, this will give you the confidence to go for the ask.

Remember. Meet girls in low risk areas. Ex: Another school, a library far away. Because you can ask, if you get rejected, you can literally forget them for the rest of your lives. The reason you are afraid is because you have not removed enough risk from the interaction. Talk to many girls, in low risk areas. You are gonna make it bro!
