I'm trying to be more social, get out more and try to get some girls. So I hit up an old school friend to go out. We go cinema first then head into town for a few drinks. Heres what I noticed.

Firstly, this town is tiny. Population 30,000. Rural England. Ever place we went in had what I would calll absolute 10's everywhere. It was weird, I felt a lot of the girls were so hot, they weren't real. As if I was looking at a picture, not a real human. They seemed so far out of my league it was like they were in a different universe to me.

Secondly, clubs/bars are noisy and crowded. Every drink I got had about 50% of it spilled on the floor from people just knocking into me. It was cramped everywhere, shoulder to shoulder. Even just getting across the room was a mission in itself trying to wade through the people. I had to shout everything I said into peoples ears.

Thirdly, I dont think dancing is for me. Now I cant be sure, I wasn't in exactly a great state, but I really felt like dancing just wasn't for me. I didnt like the music, I felt out of place and awkward, cramped and just generally didn't enjoy trying to dance. And the funny thing is about 75% of the guys in there looked exactly the same. Swaying side to side scanning the room, drink to their chest.

I dont know if night game isn't for me, or if I just wasn't in a good state. This is the first time I've been out in a long time. I didn't get drunk and if I'm honest, the guy I went with was very clingy with woman. He knew everyone though. From working in the town shops and working in a gym everywhere we went he would meet groups of people that knew him. He would try to introduce me but I couldn't seem to get anything going with most of them.

Day game options? Or night game stuff that doesn't involved being in a loud, overly crowded bar?

Overall, I hated it. And I hate how shit I was. I'm not blaming the envirment 100%. I wasn't the party guy tonight. But I do forgive myself, I havent been out in a long time and doing it sober was hard. I just want to do better.
