Went out clubbing yesterday as freshers began. Here are the mistakes I think I made:

  • Drank slightly too much. I wasn't blackout drunk but drunk enough to lose frame

  • Didn't spend enough time on the dancefloor, was going to the bar and waiting in the queue for drinks

  • Whenever I did speak to a girl, it was at the bar and it was boring questions (e.g. What do you study?)

Now I have identified these mistakes, am I correct with these remedies? Do you have any further tips?

Here are my remedies:

  • Drink less. Enough to be in the zone, the sweet spot

  • Dance more; move with the music, try some new dance moves

  • Kino

  • Be in the moment and skip the boring questions, I'll say ''What's your name?'' but that's about it
