I can get endless numbers from girls when i'm at a party(college)

If this is truely the case, start to focus on quality rather than quantity. Focus on getting one or two of those numbers per night as a very solid rapport building, dominant framed, kino laddered conversation. a number is inherently worthless if it isnt backed by an emotion for her to remember you by.

I'm not interested in relationships, and being 19 I feel it's odd going on dates with that considered.

Most girls in general are not looking for FWB. If you are looking solely to hookup, dating is probably not for you. That being said, why is going on a date wierd? You should be going on a date because you want to, because you want to go out and have fun, because you want to have a new experience. You shouldnt be dating because you thing you need to be.

hot girls have hot friends. your standoffish tone is not good for business. If you and her dont see eye to eye on what you want, befriend her and build your social network.

It seems like you don't really know what you want. And if you're at a party, I would work on escalating as much as possible with one girl versus number farming.
