This happened to me about a couple months ago and I completely turned it around.

IGNORE IT!

I ended up randomly seeing the girl the Tuesday after said weekend. We struck up a small conversation and I made it a point in my mind to not bring it up. SHE ended up bringing it up by saying "sorry I never texted you back.. blah blah," and I responded "Oh, I forgot about that. I ended up making other plans anyways so no worries." quickly followed by a "but I better get going, I have a few more things to do before tonight. Good seeing you!"

My responses, all in all, basically led her to believe that I'm a busy guy (which I'm really not) and that she is not my first priority. Which made her end up trying to chase me. She texted me 2 days later.
